Accommodation rules

*Included in the price: reasonable consumption of water, electricity, gas. Bedding and bath towels.

ATTENTION: do not leave air conditioning on if you are not in the accommodation or with windows and doors open. An improper use of energy may cause extra costs for you.

* Please leave the accommodation collected on your departure, leaving the accommodation untidy can cause extra cleaning costs.

* Please advice contact person indicated in booking confirmation immediately if you have any needs or problems during your stay. Complaints will only be attended during the stay.

* No parties, visits or more people than booked are allowed unless prior notification and payment.

* Arrival and departure time to be agreed with contact person. July and August or with entry of other travellers same day: arrival from 16.00 PM and departure before 10.00 AM.

* Deposit of 300 euros is given on arrival and returned on departure if no damage has been caused.

* Cancellation policy and booking conditions are specified in the online booking process.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation policy is indicated at time of booking through the Avaibook reservation system. The Baex Rentals Cancellation Policy is as follows:

– Up to 31 days before arrival: free cancellation except booking fees (20.00 euro weekend booking and 40.00 euro week booking).

– Between 30 and 15 days before arrival: 50% of the total booking

– Between 14 and the day of arrival or no show: 100% of the total reservation.

– CANCELLATIONS FOR MEDICAL/COVID REASONS ALWAYS WITH MEDICAL PRESCRIPTION, up to 15 days before arrival. Booking’s cancellation can be changed for other dates during a year.

Questions to ask when booking

* How are people counted? Indicate all the people except the crandle’s children or less than 2 years old.
* No more people are allowed than those indicated in the reservation and/or maximum capacity of the accommodation. * Visits are not allowed unless authorised and paid it in advance. * No parties or noise that may disturb neighbours are allowed.

How can I book an accommodation?

You have 3 options: EMAIL – PHONE and ONLINE with IMMEDIATLY CONFIRMATION. You have the possibility to do by phone at number (+34) 633.81.00.75, online in the availability calendar in each house’s page; click on the dates you are interested in and follow the steps. If you prefer to do it by email, send us your request to reservas@baexrentals.com.

How do I pay for the booking?

To confirm your booking we will ask for 30% of total amount in advace. The rest is paid in cash on arrival at the accommodation or you can pay it by bank transfer or credit card before arrival.

What is a guarantee deposit?

The guarantee deposit is the money we will ask you for on arrival at the accommodation as a guarantee that there will be no damage in the house. The amount of this deposit is 300 euros. The person who will receive you on arrival will give you a receipt for it. This deposit will be returned on departure’s day if there are no damages in the accommodation.

In booking’s VOUCHER you have detailed the phone number of contact person for any need you can have during your stay. If for any reason you cannot find him/her we are always available at booking’s department telephone number.

What is included in my booking?

The price is for the number of people booked, if there are any last minute changes please contact us before arrival. It is included: sheets and towels of the house. Reasonable consumption of energy and water. VAT.

Common characteristics of the accommodations

All our accommodations are provided with sheets and towels for the use of the guests, cradle and highchair. The price also includes electricity, water, cooking gas,… always with a reasonable use. Please note that towels for the swimming pool are not included, but they can be rented for only 5 euros per towel. A first load of firewood, the following loads are available at a very economical price.

Can we go more than the number of people booked?

No, I’m sorry, our tourist accommodations always indicate the maximum number of people of each house; accommodations are regulated by tourist law and we do not allow more people than indicated in the booking. We also keep a police control of number of people in accommodation as is made in hotels. We consider it a serious offence if there are more people than those booked and we reserve the right to cancel your reservation without refund.

Can I receive visitors in the accommodation?

Visits are not allowed unless prior notification to owner and previous payment.

Parties and events in the accommodation

No parties or celebrations are allowed, we are not authorized for events or weddings. We can only provide accommodation.

Check-in and check-out times

In low and mid season or stays where there are no other clients arriving or leaving the accommodation, we are flexible in our check-in our check-out hours. On days when we have client check-in and check-out, we check-out at 10.00 AM and check-in at 16.00 PM. During these hours we carry out an exhaustive cleaning of the accommodation. The accommodations are big houses and need more hours for cleaning than hotels. The time of check-in and check-out is agreed with the contact person indicated on the confirmation voucher a few days before arrival.

Supplies included in the price

The price of the accommodation includes reasonable and sufficient use of water, electricity and gas for your stay. We control the consumption of electricity. Do not leave the air conditioning on if you are not in the accommodation or with doors and windows open. Improper use may cause an extra cost on your departure that will be deducted from your security deposit.

Sheets and towels

It is delivered for your stay and included in the price sheets and towels of the accommodation. The Top Baex accommodations include the swimming pool towels. Do not use the bath towels for the swimming pool, ask your contact person for pool towels. It may have a cost.

How do we have to leave the accommodation?

Cleaning is included in the price and we will delivere totally clean and desinfected. On your departure we ask you to leave the accommodation collected, without dishes and glasses to be washed,… the rubbish collected in a bag and deposited in the nearest rubbish bin.

Are pets allowed?

Cradle and highchair for babies.

All our accommodations have a cradle and highchair for babies. As babies are not counted as persons for the stay, please indicate the number of babies and ages and if you need this service to have it ready at our arrival.
