📑 Accommodation rules
* Included in the price: reasonable consumption of water, electricity, gas. Bed linen and bath towels. First chimney load. ATTENTION: do not leave air conditioning on if you are not in the accommodation or with open windows and doors. An improper use of energy can cause an extra cost for you. * Please leave the accommodation collected on your departure, leaving the accommodation wrong may cause an extra cleaning fee. * Do not hesitate to immediately contact any need or inconvenience you have during your stay with the contact persons indicated in the reservation confirmation. * VISITS AND MORE PEOPLE THAN CONTRACTED ARE NOT ALLOWED, except with prior notice and payment. * FLEXIBLE ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE TIME, except in July and August. * THE DEPOSIT IS GIVEN IN CASH ON ARRIVAL.
❌ Cancellation policy
Cancellation policy indicated at the time of booking through the Avaibook booking system. The Baex Rentals Cancellation Policy is as follows: * Up to 31 days before arrival: Free cancellation, less administration fees (€25). * Between 30 and 15 days before arrival, 50% of the total reservation will be charged. * Between 14 days and the day of arrival or no-show, 100% of the total reservation will be charged. * Additional conditions: In case of cancellation outside the free cancellation period, please contact reservas@baexrentals.com or via WhatsApp at +34 633 81 00 75. * Payment method: All reservations must pay a €25 non-refundable administration fee. 30 days before arrival, between 20% and 30% of the total reservation will be charged to the client's bank card. The remaining balance is payable in cash upon arrival, by card or by bank transfer one week before arrival. INDICATE YOUR PAYMENT CHOICE.
❓ Questions when booking
* How are people counted? Indicate all persons except children under the age of 2 years who are in a cot. * No more people are allowed than those indicated in the booking and/or maximum capacity of the accommodation. * No visitors are allowed except with prior authorisation and payment. * No parties or noise that may disturb neighbours are allowed.
💻 How can I book accommodation?
You have 3 options: EMAIL - PHONE and ONLINE with IMMEDIATE CONFIRMATION. You have the possibility to do it personally by talking to our booking centre Baex Rentals on (+34) 633.81.00.75 or Book online, on the page of each holiday home there is an online booking tab. Click on the dates you are interested in and follow the steps. If you prefer to do it by email, send us your request to reservas@baexrentals.com. You can also send us from the page of the accommodation you like a request for ‘Budget’, click on the image and follow the steps we ask you to follow.
💲 How do I pay for the reservation?
To confirm your booking we will ask you for 20-30% of the total amount of the booking + booking management fees. The rest is to be paid on arrival at the accommodation. You can pay by bank transfer or credit card.
🤝 What is a security deposit?
The security deposit is the money that we will ask you for on arrival as a guarantee that there will be no damage to the accommodation. The amount of this deposit is between 300 and 500 euros. The person who will greet you on arrival will give you a receipt for the deposit. This deposit will be returned on the day of departure if there have been no damages in the accommodation.
☎ Contact during the stay
In the VOUCHER of your booking you have detailed both the name and the telephone number of the contact person for any unforeseen event or need you may have during your stay. If for any reason you cannot reach them, the telephone number of our Baex Rentals Reservation Centre is at your disposal. It will also include all the information of the meeting point with the address and coordinates of both the meeting point and the holiday home.
🔖 What is included in my booking?
The price is for the number of people contracted, if there are last minute changes please contact us before arrival. Included: sheets and towels of the house. Reasonable energy and water consumption. VAT is included.
🏡 Common characteristics of the accommodation
All our accommodations are provided with sheets and towels for the use of the people hired, cot and high chair. The price also includes electricity, water, gas, cooking gas,... always with a reasonable use. Please note that towels for the swimming pool are not included, but they will be rented at only 5 euros towel. A first load of firewood, the following loads are available at a very economical price.
👨👩👧👦 Can we go more people than booked?
No, sorry, our tourist accommodations already indicate the maximum number of people, they are regulated tourist accommodations and we do not allow more people than those indicated in the reservation. We also carry out a control of the people staying in the same way as other types of tourist accommodation such as hotels. We consider it a serious offence if there are more people than those booked and we reserve the right to vacate the accommodation without the right to reimbursement.
👩🏿🤝👩🏼 Can I receive visitors in the accommodation?
Visits are not allowed unless prior notice, confirmation by the property and prior payment for the visit, if applicable.
🎉 Parties and events in the accommodation
We do not allow parties or celebrations that may disturb the neighbours, nor do we have permission for events such as communions or weddings. We can only provide accommodation.
⌚ Arrival and departure times
In low and mid season or stays in which there are no other customers entering or leaving the accommodation we are flexible in the schedules. If you request a late check-out, there will be an extra cost of 75 euros, in case there is no check-in on that day. On days when we have guests arriving and departing, check-out is at 10.00 am and check-in at 4.00 pm. During these hours we carry out a thorough cleaning of the accommodation. The accommodations are large houses and need more hours for cleaning than hotels. The check-in and check-out time is agreed with the contact person indicated on the confirmation voucher a few days before arrival.
⚡ Supplies included in the price
The price of the accommodation includes a reasonable and sufficient use of water, electricity and gas for your stay. We keep track of electricity consumption. Do not leave the air conditioning on if you are not in the accommodation or with doors and windows open. Improper use may result in an extra cost on your departure which will be deducted from the deposit.
🛏 Sheets and towels
Bed linen and towels are provided for your stay and included in the price. Top Baex accommodation includes pool towels. Do not use your own towels for the swimming pool, ask your contact person for them, there may be a charge.
🧹 How do we have to leave the accommodation?
Cleaning is included in the price and the accommodation will be handed over to you completely clean and disinfected. On your departure we ask you to leave the accommodation tidy, without washing dishes and glasses... the rubbish collected in a bag and deposited in the nearest rubbish bin. The fridge free of food leftovers. The property reserves the right to charge an extra cleaning fee, from the deposit, if the accommodation is not left tidy and tidy.

👶 Cot and highchair for babies
All our accommodations have a cot and highchair for babies. As babies are not counted as persons for the stay, please let us know the number of babies and ages and if you need this service in order to have it ready.
📋 Special requests and modifications
Modifications will only be accepted 7 days prior to arrival. If when making your request you forgot to mention that you are travelling with a pet, that you will need a cot and highchair, you will have until 1 week before your arrival to let us know.
📚 Documentation
ID cards or passports are required for all guests over the age of 18. As with hotels, the police require landlords to keep a record of all guests. Sometimes the host may request documentation in advance by email.
📝 Incidences and complaints
Complaints will only be dealt with during the stay. In case of incident, irregularities or damage, contact the host immediately so that it can be solved as soon as possible. If you do not find any response from them, please contact us at reservas@baexrentals.com, by phone or Whatsapp at +34 633 81 00 75. We will try to deal with it as soon as possible. If there is any anomaly or deficiency due to force majeure, and the causes are proven to be true, Baexrentals.com will proceed to change the accommodation if it deems it appropriate.
🏊♂️ Pool and outdoor maintenance
Pool and garden maintenance is carried out two or three times a week. On arrival, the host will let you know which days they will be carried out. We remind you that the swimming pool is regularly open from March to October, please consult us for the rest of the year. Do not forget to respect the rules of use and safety. If you are travelling with children, they must remain in the pool under the supervision of an adult.
🔑 Return of keys and security deposit
You must hand over the accommodation in optimum condition. At the time of your departure, the state in which you have left the accommodation (equipment, tidiness, etc.) will be assessed. This will determine whether the security deposit will be returned to you. As a general rule, cleaning is included in the price. If extra cleaning is necessary, it will be charged separately. Agree with the host how and when the keys and deposit will be returned.
